All my one to one PT sessions usually last 1 hour and are completely tailored to you. I do offer shorter HIIT sessions for 35 mins where you can get great results!. I use many different training methods, weight training, varied cardio methods, boxing and kickboxing, kettlebells, outdoor training and body weight workouts.
I offer sessions at the fantastic Absalute gym in Brentwood and also at my private studio in Hornchurch. For an extra fee I can also provide home visits.
I prefer to work with clients for a minimum period of 8 weeks, that way you will be guaranteed results as long as you do as I say!

Each plan comes with a daily meal planner with weights and measures, a breakdown of your individual calorie and macronutrient requirements, lists of foods which fit into your plan and a few recipes and ideas to get you started. Each plan is completely tailored to your body type, daily activity levels, and whether you are male or female. Everyone is different and nutrition is entirely individual.
I also offer hormonal coaching for women to maximise their fat loss, muscle building and help better manage their emotions and water retention. This coaching is based around structuring your diet and training around your menstrual cycle.
