Wings of Health is not just about weight loss, personal training or diets. It is a movement born out of a lifetime battle of not respecting or taking care of myself.
The Wings of Health mission is to simply empower you to take control of your life and happiness. Appreciating your health is a gift, which must be nurtured, cared for and respected.
The methods and principles used in this programme are simple and easy to follow, based around the understanding that the three essential elements of health; mental, physical and spiritual at all times effect one another and taking care of these will lead to a happy and fulfilled life for yourself and others.
What most people don’t realise when they begin with a Personal trainer is that they will very rarely succeed at changing their lifestyle and becoming physically healthy without working on and educating themselves about the other essential elements of their health. The other elements of mental health and spiritual health are in fact intrinsic to the way you approach your fitness and physical goals and vice versa.
More often than not the methods you use when going about daily life are not healthy and in fact serve to only further perpetuate a state of ill health and keep you in a vicious circle.
